詩139:1 〔大衛的詩、交與伶長。〕耶和華阿、你已經鑒察我、認識我．
O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
詩139:2 我坐下、我起來、你都曉得．你從遠處知道我的意念。
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
詩139:3 我行路、我躺臥、你都細察、你也深知我一切所行的。
Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
詩139:4 耶和華阿、我舌頭上的話、你沒有一句不知道的．
For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.
詩139:5 你在我前後環繞我、按手在我身上。
Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
詩139:6 這樣的知識奇妙、是我不能測的．至高、是我不能及的。
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
詩139:7 我往那裡去躲避你的靈．我往那裡逃躲避你的面。
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
詩139:8 我若升到天上、你在那裡．我若在陰間下榻、你也在那裡。
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
詩139:9 我若展開清晨的翅膀、飛到海極居住．
If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
詩139:10 就是在那裡、你的手必引導我．你的右手、也必扶持我。
Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
詩139:11 我若說、黑暗必定遮蔽我、我周圍的亮光必成為黑夜．
If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
詩139:12 黑暗也不能遮蔽我使你不見、黑夜卻如白晝發亮．黑暗和光明、在你看都是一樣。
Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
詩139:13 我的肺腑是你所造的．我在母腹中、你已覆庇我。
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
詩139:14 我要稱謝你、因我受造奇妙可畏．你的作為奇妙．這是我心深知道的。
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
詩139:15 我在暗中受造、在地的深處被聯絡、那時、我的形體並不向你隱藏。
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
詩139:16 我未成形的體質、你的眼早已看見了．你所定的日子、我尚未度一日、〔或作我被造的肢體尚未有其一〕你都寫在你的冊上了。
Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
詩139:17 神阿、你的意念向我何等寶貴．其數何等眾多。
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
詩139:18 我若數點、比海沙更多．我睡醒的時候、仍和你同在。
If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
詩139:19 神阿、你必要殺戮惡人．所以你們好流人血的、離開我去罷。
Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
詩139:20 因為他們說惡言頂撞你、你的仇敵也妄稱你的名。
For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
詩139:21 耶和華阿、恨惡你的、我豈不恨惡他們麼．攻擊你的、我豈不憎嫌他們麼。
Do not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
詩139:22 我切切的恨惡他們、以他們為仇敵。
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
詩139:23 神阿、求你鑒察我、知道我的心思、試煉我、知道我的意念．
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
詩139:24 看在我裡面有甚麼惡行沒有、引導我走永生的道路。
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
